JS Engineering traces it's roots back to the early 80's. Although the face of the business has evolved over the decades, we still remain a family owned business.
We have been in business for well over 15 years in Australia. An increasing workload and customer base has seen us expand our manufacturing facilities overseas. This has allowed us to efficiently meet customer demands without compromising on quality.
SERVICES
CNC MACHINING
We offer fast turn-around high-speed CNC machining solutions to fulfil most requirements from concept models, prototypes, low-volume to high volume production components.
We produce products in a wide variety of materials including and not limited to steel, aluminium, copper, brass, plastics and nylon.
ALUMINIUM EXTRUSIONS
Produce and machine a range of aluminium extruded products for multiple industries including electrical and electronic, commercial, architectural, domestic and commercial building and audio visual.
CASTING
We provide a range of casting services including die casting, investment casting, sand casting and shell mould castings in a range of finishes including painting, powder coating or plating.
FORGING
We provide a variety of forging products and solutions including cold forging, warm forging, hot forging and machined finishing to any design specifications.
CUTTING & BENDING SERVICES
We offer laser cutting, press braking and pressed sheet metal services. We can provide custom finishes to meet any design specifications.
STEEL & SHEET METAL
FABRICATION
Specialise in providing tailored solutions for structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrications. We also provide a range of finishing, such as hot dip galvanising, wet spray paint, chrome plating, zinc plating and powder coating.
DESIGN AND CAD DRAFTING
We have the ability to provide design services to ISO and DIN standards for a range of products across multiple industries. Our modelling and drafting services can be used to provide R&D support, design amendments and standardised engineering drawings to ISO or DIN standards.
